Mission Statement:  Transfiguration is a multi-cultural community, rooted in a heritage of faith, united by the
Eucharist and the Word of God. Following in Christ’s Redemptive example, we work , through a variety of
ministries, to know, love and serve God and one another. Extending our prayer and stewardship in the
